IIN5ANITY BARBECUE

After checking the dates, I planned the details for the barbecue.

PLS NOTE THAT WILLIAM HAVE NOT BOOK THE PIT YET.

I need AT LEAST 20 PEOPLE to be attend the BBQ before I book, have to be fast, if not other people will book the pit away.

DATE: 14 December 2008,Sunday

VENUE: William's house BBQ pit. Blk 289E Bukit Batok st25

TIME: 3pm to 5pm (free play time) 5pm onwards ( BBQ TIME!!!)

COST: $5-$7 per person ( At least 20 people, if more people,pay a bit
lesser)

EXTRA THINGS to take note

• Next to BBQ pit got Basketball court & Badminton court- can bring
  balls/badminton to play
• Also got playground.
• The remaining Class Fund $14, will be used in this event.
• SEND EMAIL BY 13th NOV 6pm to inform WILLIAM if you are
  coming.
• If lesser than 20 people, the event will be canceled.
• 14th NOV, William book the BBQ pit.
• So pls cooperate with William.
• Please discuss with your friends, persuade them into coming for the BBQ.

Qns: What to wear for the BBQ?
Ans: simple home clothes,
slippers/sandals/flip-flops, dun need put make up.

Qns: How to get to the BBQ venue?
Ans: Take 106/77 from Bukit Batok
Interchange, alight at 3rd stop. Check that on the opposite side of the road
will be a Caltex petrol station. If got then you are at the right place.OR, Take
106 from Clementi Mrt station de Busstop, alight at the 10th stop(should be).
The stop got the Caltex petrol station on the left.

Qns: How come the cost is $5-$7?
Ans: Depending on the number of people
coming. If there are more people, the cost after dividing will be lesser. If
lesser people come, the cost after dividing will be more. I will try to keep
within the range.

Qns: If dun have 20 people still can have BBQ?
Ans: No.

Qns: Can i come later if i have something on in the afternoon?
Ans: Yes.

Qns: Can i go home earlier?
Ans: Yes.

Qns: What food are we having for the BBQ?
Ans: BBQ food. E.G Chicken
wings, hotdogs, crabstick, otah, fishball, marshmallow..... and Some
rice/noodles/Bee Hoon.

Qns: Why dun have seafood for BBQ?
Ans: Firstly, people might have
allergy. Secondly, seafood need to be cooked with chili to kill bacteria and to
enhance the taste, some people cannot take chili. Thirdly, it will cost more
too.

Qns: Why not order seafood from the BBQ catering companies?
Ans: It is
expensive.

Qns: Why dun have snacks for the BBQ?
Ans: BBQ mah, of course only have
BBQ food.

Qns: What happen to my share of the class fund if i dun come?
Ans: Sorry.
You won'tget it back. Only 30 cents per person. U not that petty right?
